Canadian TV host Sangita Patel shows off ‘serious strength’ in new fitness video

Sangita Patel is always up for a fitness challenge.

On Tuesday, the 43-year-old took to Instagram to give fans an inside look at one of her impressive training sessions.

In the video, the “Entertainment Tonight Canada” host showed off her toned physique in a white sports bra and matching workout shorts. She filmed herself on an outdoor patio, swinging one leg on a pillar as she stretched the other skyward.

The reality star turned her body and turned upside down, so that only her hands kept her from touching the ground.

“It’s Fitness Tuesday! First day of summer! Happy summer solstice,” she began in the caption.

The CoverGirl ambassador continued to explain the workout she was getting, noting the adorable appearance of her pup, Indie, in the background of the video.

“Hip mobility challenge…and balance! Steps 1, 2, 3 bang! Indie came running (you can see him from behind) thinking, ‘What the heck!'” she continued.

“I need to add stretching to my workouts,” he concluded with the palm emoji.

Fans were obsessed with Patel’s strength, raving about the “Home to Win” host’s “inspiring” workout regimen.

“That takes skill and a lot of strength, Sangita! My goodness, ma’am! Wow, that’s impressive!” raved a fan.

“You have the most inspiring workout program!” a follower told Patel. “Man, I have to go to the gym!”

“Such a strong core! How do you move your body like that?” another wrote. “You are amazing and an inspiration to all of us.”

speaking to D’FYNE Fitness MagazinePatel talked about her love of exercise and how she started her path to fitness.

“I’ve always been active. I’ve always liked sports and I liked being in shape right before I started CrossFit. I started working out really hard when I was about to get married,” the TV host explained.

“I travel a lot, so I have to think about exercises that I can’t do in the gym,” she added. “I try to go four or five times a week to CrossFit and now I do kickboxing, that’s another new thing for me. That’s my cardio. Being able to kick and punch things, it’s a great mental workout.”
