The testimony was critical because Chyna, 33, claims she never physically hurt Rob Kardashian, her ex-fiancé and father of her daughter Dream, during the fight that forced her to move under the same roof as the only Kardashian sibling.

Chyna, model and influencer who starred alongside Rob for a season of E! reality show rob and chyna in 2016, admits damaging a gingerbread house, a door, and a television after Rob allegedly stole his phone the morning of the fight on Dec. 15, 2016, but claims Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner illegally smeared her and destroyed her television career when they used the fight to portray her as physically abusive for E! executives

Summoned to the jury Tuesday by Kardashian-Jenner attorney Michael Rhodes, Gamble, 41, gave the first third-party eyewitness testimony about the critical fight, and his account was dramatically different from what Chyna portrayed during her shift. on the witness stand last week.

Gamble said it was shortly before “dawn” on December 15, 2016, when Kris received an emergency call from Rob’s number that woke the couple up in their bed. He said Kris put the call on speakerphone and claimed she could hear Chyna “yelling” obscenities at Rob, including the line, “I’m going to kill you, you fat son of a bitch.”

Gamble testified that he jumped out of bed, got dressed and refused to let Kris accompany him to the nearby home belonging to Kylie Jenner where Rob and Chyna had been living with their newborn daughter.

“Did Mrs. Jenner want to go?” Rhodes asked.

“She wanted to, but I told her ‘no’ because I felt like it would be dangerous for her, and I just don’t want anything to happen to her,” Gamble testified as Kris watched from the front row of the courtroom. gallery with Kim and Khloé sitting next to her.

Gamble said it only took him about two minutes to quickly get to Kylie’s house. When he arrived, he claimed to have seen Chyna standing about eight feet from Rob with some kind of “stick” in her hand that she quickly dropped when he noticed her arrival, he said. According to Gamble, Chyna, whose legal name is Angela White, grabbed some type of phone cord and threw it at Rob as she, too, rushed at him trying to hit him.

“By the time he got to him, he started hitting him. I was able to get between the two of them. They even hit me two or three times. And I was able to push him away, the two of us apart. And I told her to take his keys and his wallet and get the hell out of there,” Gamble told the jury.

“So she hit you?” Rhodes asked.

“Well, she was hitting Rob, but I got in the way, so I only took a couple hits,” Gamble testified.

“Did you see that with your own eyes?” Rhodes asked.

“Yes,” Gamble responded, sitting on the witness stand in a black suit over a black dress shirt.

“And that is your testimony under penalty of perjury, that you saw Mrs. White that morning trying to hit Rob?” Rhodes asked.

“Yes,” Gamble replied, adding that when he noticed his car had blocked Rob’s in the driveway, he knew he had to be quick to move it so Rob could “get to safety.”

“By the time I got to my car to move him, she had already jumped on him and started punching him in the back, the back of the head and the side of the head. She was just beating him up and I was just trying to get back at him,” Gamble testified as several jurors scribbled in their court-provided notebooks.

He said that as soon as he jumped out of his car and Rob prepared to back up, Chyna “threw a chair” at Rob’s car. “She hit the front of her car, and then she tried to grab a coffee table, and I grabbed it out of her hands and Rob was already slowly backing up the driveway to leave,” she testified.

“And did you see it with your own eyes?” Rhodes asked.

“Yes,” Gamble replied.

Gamble is due back on the witness stand on Wednesday. His testimony followed after Kim and Khloé Kardashian testified earlier in the day that they did not intentionally interfere with Chyna’s contract on rob and chyna and they weren’t the reason E! ultimately decided not to run a second season of rob and chynaas Chyna claims in her lawsuit.
