After their first victory in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, the Mumbai Indians (MI) camp seems to be in a good mood. Although the five-time IPL champions led by Rohit Sharma are in last place this edition with just one win from 10 matches, they defeated Rajasthan Royals in their previous match. The journey ahead is very tough, but the IM camp appears to be regrouping. In a more recent video shared on his social media handles, left-handed slugger Tilak Varma can be seen playing a prank on teammates Tim David, Dewald Brevis and Riley Meredith.

In the video, Varma can be seen replacing the creamy layer between the Oreo cookies with toothpaste. And Brevis, David and Meredith are her victims. The trio fell for the prank and ate the cookies. After the prank, Verma walked up to them and revealed what they just ate.

“It’s minty, but it’s okay, you know? I’ve never had a mint Oreo before, you know? Sweet of her to think of me,” David said knowing what he had just tasted.

“Good taste, good for the teeth. No drama,” responded Meredith, a fast bowler from Australia.

“Yes. I’ll get it back,” Brevis said.

Varma has been a great addition to the Mumbai Indians team this time. Varma hails from Hyderabad and was signed by MI for Rs 1.70 crore at the IPL 2022 mega auction. The young batsman is currently the top scorer for MI, having scored 307 runs in nine matches at an average of 43.85. He is one of only seven batsmen so far to have scored over 300 in the current season.
